3810D shifter

I have just bought a 3810D w/loader. I can't read Chinesse, so I was just woundering whtat the small lever is thats located left bottom side of the gear shifter. It is spring loaded. Any Ideas?

If you have a "C" creeper gear, it may be the lockout. Push the lever against the spring and see if you can move the shifter past the 1 position.

yep, that's what it was. Thanks. Now what the little small lever at the back on the left side, by the draw bar? it goes moves up, and down. I am am trying to figure everything out on this tractor. the hydraulics will not go up unless I push the lever behind the seat.

The drawbar is out on the end of the lower lift arms. Got any pictures?

it's the small lever, with part of the rubber missing. (the pic's is turned side ways)
